SSEN Transmission is seeking a Site Construction Manager based in Aberdeen (or Inverness) with a requirement to be on site at Peterhead during the construction phase. The role leads construction delivery for ASTI Civils or Converter Civils packages, ensuring safety, quality and environmental performance throughout delivery.

You will represent SSEN Transmission on site, coordinate contractors, monitor compliance with regulations, and report on KPIs while fostering a collaborative, safety-first

Competenze

• Strong experience in on-site management of transmission infrastructure or large-scale civil projects.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety requirements and CDM 2015 Regulations.

Mansioni

• Represent SSEN Transmission on site and act as a key point of contact with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure site operations comply with statutory, legal and company Health and Safety requirements, aligned with CDM 2015 Regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and the operations team to deliver works safely and in line with the project programme.
• Monitor planning consents and SHE legislation, reporting site performance against KPIs.
• Build relationships with contractors, suppliers and communities and promote a positive safety culture.
