Job summary

EKFB is seeking an Agent to join our Aylesbury teams to support construction strategy, kick-off meetings, and the preparation of method statements, environmental and quality plans, construction programmes and cost plans.

The role requires an HNC/Degree in construction or civil engineering, membership progression with ICE, a full driving licence and own transport to attend remote sites within the UK.

Qualifications

• HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge and practical application of site engineering and supervision.
• Valid driving licence and own transport to attend remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction strategy, kick-off meetings and documentation.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and temporary works to meet standards, schedule and budget.
• Support production of programmes, progress reports, and cost plans.
• Help with financial forecasting, site measurement, and cost control.
