Job summary

Eiffage Kier is looking for a Sub Agent to join the A418 Oxford Over Bridge team in Milton Keynes. You will assist with the construction strategy, manage the site engineering team, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant HNC/Degree, possess supervisory skills, and have a valid driving licence. You will play a key role in resource allocation and site operations, contributing to the success of major infrastructure projects in the UK.

Qualifications

• Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities.
• Must have own transport to attend site(s) in remote areas.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction strategy and kick-off meetings.
• Liaise with the Agent and Section Foreman for resource allocation.
• Manage site engineering team and ensure SHEQ compliance.
