Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Site Co-ordinator for the CUPRA Hatfield site to manage vehicle collections, deliveries and customer interactions. The role involves inspecting vehicles, updating stock images and pricing, and maintaining records and paperwork for all on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises and complete required paperwork
• Inspect vehicles for damage and tyre safety and report findings to customers
• Ensure photos of stock are up to date and correctly displayed on ecommerce sites
• Ensure signage and pricing are correct on forecourt stock
• Maintain systems and procedures per department standards
• Complete relevant documentation with customers
• Receive and handle payments from customers where required
• Chauffeur company personnel and/or customers as needed
• Collect/deliver small items as required
• Display enthusiasm, motivation and commitment
• Control movement and security of all vehicles on site
• Maintain accurate records when releasing/receiving vehicles

What you’ll do day to day

• Collection and delivery vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring collection and / or completion of all paperwork required.
• Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
• Ensuring all photos of the vehicle stock is up to date and presented correct on all ecommerce sites
• Ensuring all signage and pricing is correct on vehicle stock on the forecourt
• Maintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriately.
• Complete any relevant documentation with the customer where necessary.
• Receive and receipt for the collection of payments from customers where necessary.
• Chauffeur company personnel and / or customers where required.
• Collect / deliver small items where required.
• Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work
• To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site
• To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
