Job summary

Group 1 Automotive in London (Audi Whetstone) is seeking a Service Driver to collect and deliver customer vehicles, ensuring smooth handovers and high standards of service.

You will handle paperwork, liaise with customers, and maintain vehicle safety checks while representing a leading automotive retailer with extensive staff support and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to deal with customers face to face or over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient collection of customer vehicles prior to servicing and efficient delivery upon completion.
• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring collection and/or completion of all paperwork required.
• Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle, reporting damage to customers where possible.
• Take responsibility for the safe driving of customer vehicles, respecting any personal possessions left in the vehicle.
• Liaise with customers to gain additional information as required.
• Ensure all dealings with customers are handled courteously.
• Collect/deliver small items where required.
• Parts pre-picking and parts deliveries.
• Site coordination to ensure the presentation of the business with regards to parking.

What you’ll do day to day
