Job summary

Natta Building Company Ltd is recruiting an ambitious Site Setting Out Engineer to join our on-site team in Horsham. You will contribute to the design and maintenance of the site’s primary control network and deliver setting out information, surveys, and accurate measurements for ongoing civil works.

You will work with an experienced project team, enjoy ongoing training, and have clear career progression. The role requires a civil engineering background and proficiency with AutoCAD 2D, Leica

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree (ideally) or HND/HNC qualification or equivalent.
• Surveying or engineering background and experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Leica total stations, GNSS equipment, levelling equipment.

Responsibilities

• To design and maintain site’s primary control network.
• To deliver procure and deliver setting out information on site / undertake surveys.
• To ensure that works are to a high standard, to reduce snags and to further the opportunity of repeat work from clients.
• To manage site staff and provide technical advice/assistance where required.
• Basic site management including client interaction.
• Attend site meetings and report on progress.
• Liaising with the project manager on any other issues.
