Job summary

Kitson Associates is seeking 6 Sales Executives for site-based roles across Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and Hertfordshire. You will conduct show-home viewings, qualify buyers, and push leads to reservations with confidence and energy.

Ideal candidates bring proven estate agency sales experience, strong written communication, and the ability to work weekends and travel between sites. You will be on site, actively engaging customers and maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in estate agency or residential property sales.
• Comfortable conducting several viewings a day and asking customers whether they would like to proceed.
• Confident handling objections and negotiation without leaning on discounts.
• Strong written communication for email and message follow-up.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work on your own when the site requires it.
• Willing to work weekends on a rota and travel between sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular viewings of show homes and plots, presenting each home with energy and product knowledge.
• Qualify buyers early: their position, finances, timescales and what they are really looking for.
• Ask closing questions with confidence and move customers through to reservation
• Handle objections, including discount requests and comparisons with nearby developments, by using real differences in house type, specification and price
• Follow up leads promptly and persuasively by email and message, a large part of how customers are engaged
• Progress reservations through to completion, keeping customers informed at every stage
• Know your local market and competitors, understand who your likely buyers are
• Open and close the site, keep the show home and sales area to a high standard
• Work independently on some days and support other developments when needed, including holiday and sickness cover.
