Job summary

Navartis is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor for a site-based role in Coventry, with occasional travel to the Birmingham City Centre office. The successful candidate will manage costs, valuations, forecasting and procurement on a major project, ensuring commercial delivery from start to finish.

We require 2-5 years' project QS experience in a main contracting environment and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a main contracting environment.
• 2-5 years' project QS experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day commercial management of the project, including cost control, valuations, forecasting and cash flow.
• Support procurement and management of subcontract packages, including tendering and final accounts.
• Monitor budgets and risks, ensuring timely reporting and project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to drive commercial delivery.
• Provide commercial input through the project lifecycle and final account.
