TEXO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Health & Safety Advisor to support a major civil engineering project in Havant, Hampshire. You will work with the Senior HSE Manager to deliver practical health, safety and environmental guidance, ensuring compliance and managing project risks across site operations.

Responsibilities include inductions, RAMS development, incident investigations and client reporting, with opportunities to advance to Chartered status and travel to UK project

Formación

• NEBOSH General Certificate or Construction Certificate demonstrated or in progress.
• IOSH membership or progression toward Chartered status.
• Experience in civil engineering environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel across UK sites, including overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

• Support HSE management planning and ensure alignment with PMP/CPP/KPIs.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and site briefings to teams and visitors.
• Provide technical HSE advice and input to project management and site teams.
• Assist with incident investigations, risk assessments and RAMS reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures across the project site.
• Prepare regular HSE progress reports and client-facing updates.
