Job summary

Alaska Black in East Midlands is seeking a Site Based Maintenance Electrician to maintain electrical building services in a large commercial facility. You will handle planned and reactive electrical maintenance and assist with basic mechanical tasks including AHU/FCU and plumbing responsibilities.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, a full UK driving licence and a multi-skilled, commercially aware approach.

Site Based Maintenance Electrician

Location: East Midlands

Salary: Up to £44,000

We're looking for a Site Based Maintenance Electrician based in the East Midlands. You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services within a large commercial building. You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing) and be responsible for general PPM's (tap temperatures, filter changing, flick tests).
