Job summary

Bakers of Danbury Ltd is recruiting 2 Multi Traders for its Special Works Department. The positions are site-based, full-time, 42.5 hours per week, and focused on heritage, church, residential and listed buildings across Essex, London and surrounding counties.

The successful candidates will be skilled in carpentry, plastering and decorating, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for preservation. Driving licence and travel to project sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience and skilled in various trades tasks.
• Basic health & safety knowledge.
• Experience of working on historical and listed buildings would be an advantage.
• Driving licence and ability to travel to project sites.
• Positive attitude, good communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Work on heritage, church, residential and historical buildings for the Special Works Department.
• Carry out multiple trades including carpentry, plastering and decorating finishes.
• Contribute to restoration and preservation of listed properties using traditional and modern techniques.
