Job summary

Kier is recruiting a Finance Manager to join our growing Nuclear & Energy unit and support Sizewell C. You will provide day-to-day finance business partnering, deliver monthly management accounts, and maintain robust financial oversight on the project.

Based primarily onsite at Sizewell C with some flexible home working, you will partner with central finance, payroll, procurement and operational teams to drive accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• Experience producing management accounts, forecasts and financial analysis for projects.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance business partnering for the Sizewell C project.
• Produce monthly management accounts and MI in line with Kier policies.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and liquidity risk reviews.
• Control costs and perform cost reviews and audits on contracts.
• Support internal and external audits with timely information.
• Promote wellbeing and an inclusive workplace.
