Job summary

Kier is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Sizewell C team in Leiston, Suffolk. The role focuses on financial oversight and partnering the delivery team to support major infrastructure projects. Site-based with some home working flexibility.

You will lead monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasts, balance sheet control, and variance analysis, ensuring robust reporting and timely insight. A professional finance qualification and strong Excel capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional finance qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA, or equivalent experience.
• Experience producing management accounts, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance business partnering for the Sizewell C project.
• Produce monthly management accounts and MI aligned with Kier policies.
• Prepare 13-week cashflow forecast and analyse risks and opportunities.
• Maintain control of project balance sheet areas including WIP and debtors.
• Support working day reviews with variance analysis.
