Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead procurement and contract management on a major nuclear programme. The hybrid role is based in Leiston, Suffolk with a minimum of three days on site.

You will manage commercial relationships, drive procurement strategies and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within governance standards. The role offers strong development opportunities and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Member of a recognised professional body (RICS/ICE/CICES/IOB or equivalent).
• Experience in procurement and post-procurement phases in complex major projects.
• Evidence of managing complex procurements and administering contracts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular reporting on contract scope of work/services, schedule, prices, key personnel and incentives.
• Manage contract commercial relationships and support Project Manager to ensure effective delivery and mutual commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to procurement and contracting strategies that meet project objectives and keep procurement on schedule.
• Administer vendor assessment and information exchange via procurement portals; prepare tenders and evaluate them.
• Governance and budgeting support to enable timely contract awards and closeouts.
