Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in Stevenage, Hertfordshire is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static, Monday-to-Friday role. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial building services, including power systems, UPS, lighting tests, and HVAC.

You should hold City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installations, have at least 3 years in commercial maintenance, and bring a professional, friendly attitude. The role offers progression, pension and overtime.

Formación

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Career-driven, motivated and professional approach.
• Polite and personable with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on building services.
• Work on single & three-phase power systems and motors/generators.
• Test UPS, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems, pumps and mechanical components.
• Operate BMS and manage logbooks/site documentation.
