Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineer near Liverpool Street Station in the City of London for a high-end commercial contract. The role offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 with private health and dental care.

You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, diagnose faults, test installations, and report to the engineering manager, with opportunities for internal progression.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Fault-finding, diagnosis, and testing of installations.
• Report into the engineering manager and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain logbooks and site documentation.
