Job summary

Randstad Delivery seeks an experienced Administrator for DS Smith. The role is 100% site based at DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 9-5, on a 6-month contract with a pay rate of £14 per hour.

Main duties include organising training records, scanning and uploading documents, and handling phone calls professionally. Ideal for candidates with admin and data entry experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills and proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with staff at all levels.
• Confident, enthusiastic and tenacious; prior admin or customer service experience.
