Brownhills Ormiston Academy is seeking a dedicated Site Assistant to join our Site Team on a shift rota. You will help maintain our buildings and grounds, ensure facilities are safe and secure, and support students, staff and visitors in a busy academy environment.

Here at Brownhills Ormiston Academy, we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Assistant to join our dedicated Site Team. Working on a shift rota, you will play a vital role in maintaining our school environment and ensuring our facilities are safe, secure and operating effectively for students, staff and visitors.
As a Site Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the academy by helping to maintain our buildings and grounds to a high standard. This is a varied role that requires a proactive and practical approach, with responsibilities including site maintenance, pool maintenance, health and safety checks, security and general site support.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed individual who can provide high-quality support to our Site Department.
