Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects in the Thames Valley region. This is a high-visibility role with end-to-end accountability for safety, programme, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will operate as a client-facing leader, setting delivery standards, driving performance and shaping outcomes across a complex, multi-disciplinary supply chain.

Qualifications

• Lead safe planning and delivery of civils infrastructure.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting.
• Oversee site activities to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across the project team.

Responsibilities
