Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater civil projects in the Thames Valley. You will own scope from design through delivery, manage safety, cost and schedule, and build strong client and supply-chain relationships.

You will work across multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with NEC contracts, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil engineering project delivery.
• Strong ability to manage safety, cost, programme and quality.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead the safe planning and delivery of civils infrastructure.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting.
• Oversee site activities for quality and safety compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across the project team.
