Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley in Scotland is seeking a Site Agent to oversee on-site delivery of water infrastructure projects. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with design and commercial teams, ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance, and report progress to the client.

The role requires CSCS/SMSTS, a civil engineering qualification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS qualification required.
HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Understand civil engineering principles and practices.
Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your region.

Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with the design and commercial teams to enhance delivery efficiency and promote opportunities while managing risk.
Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting.
Informing the client about project progress and addressing any concerns.
Acting as a Temporary Works Coordinator, overseeing the installation of temporary works to ensure compliance with design specifications.
