Mott MacDonald Bentley seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects in the Thames Valley. You will be the client-facing leader delivering safety, programme, cost and quality outcomes, coordinating across design, construction and supply chain teams.

Role requires strong civil engineering background, NEC contract knowledge and robust governance. Travel to sites across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications.
• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Option A.
• Experience in MSP/P6 programme management systems.
• Proven ability to manage change, risks and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead safe planning and delivery of civils infrastructure projects.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting.
• Oversee site activities for quality and safety compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners for timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice within the project team.
