Job summary

Galliford Try is recruiting a Site Agent for the Environment team, working on the Packington/Measham sites within the Severn Trent AMP 8 framework. You will lead the on-site team, supervise labour, manage materials, and ensure design information is implemented to schedule, quality and safety standards.

You will bring strong health and safety focus, experience in heavy civils or water environments, and excellent communication to coordinate across the project team and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to health, safety and wellbeing on site.
• Experience leading teams within a construction site environment.
• Good understanding of quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, healthy and inclusive site culture and environment.
• Supervise site workforce and supply chain on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
• Manage labour, plant and materials to meet programme and costs.
• Provide progress updates to the Site Manager and team.
