Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment seeks a driven Site Agent to lead major water infrastructure projects across Poole, Bournemouth and South Dorset. You will deliver schemes from planning through to handover, coordinating with project, design and commercial teams to ensure safety, programme integrity and quality.

Responsibilities include managing site teams, subcontractors and logistics, maintaining RAMS/compliance, and supporting testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects on large sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA, RAMS and safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams and subcontractors.
• Flexible to travel to sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and water infra projects, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate site teams, Site Engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Work with design and commercial teams to identify efficiencies and manage risks.
• Oversee health, safety, quality and environmental compliance per RAMS and specs.
• Manage site procurement, materials, plant and subcontractor logistics.
• Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain site records, QA documents, inspection reports and safety records.
• Liaise with client and stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve issues.
• Coordinate temporary works and ensure compliance with designs and procedures.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of schemes.
