Girling Jones Ltd seeks an experienced Site Agent to deliver highways structures and reinforced concrete schemes in the Bristol area. You will manage multi-site delivery, chair progress meetings and coordinate subcontractors within established frameworks.

The role demands a civil engineering qualification, strong leadership, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to delivery on busy regional projects.

Qualifications

• We require a civil engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Strong experience in highways structures and reinforced concrete.
• Proven track record delivering multi-site schemes within framework environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day site delivery for highways structures and RC schemes.
• Chair client and progress meetings to track milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain to meet programme.
• Lead and support site teams, guiding on safety and QA.
• Develop short-term programmes and look-aheads for projects.
• Prepare and review RAMS and ensure H&S compliance.
• Read drawings and technical information to ensure adherence to specs.
• Ensure projects meet programme, quality and framework requirements.
