Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Proven design coordination experience.
• Strong RC and heavy civils experience.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure packages.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe and successful delivery of your package.
• Lead design coordination between site, designers and construction teams.
• Review designs for buildability, sequencing and construction methodology.
• Drive design information and resolve technical queries ahead of programme.
• Manage design changes, RFIs and technical interfaces.
• Coordinate permanent and temporary works requirements.
• Lead Site Agents and delivery teams.
• Manage subcontractors and specialist RC packages.
• Develop short and medium-term programmes and sequencing.
• Monitor progress against programme and implement recovery measures.
