Position: Freelance Site Agent / Civils Site Manager

Location: Bicker Fen, Bicker Bar, Boston PE20 3BQ

Project: Site Agent working for the Principal Contractor, overseeing a subcontracted package including RC pad foundation, grouting, gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing, and external works for a solar farm substation.

Duration: One-week holiday cover from 10th March

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification
• First Aid certification

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager
• Managing health, safety, and environmental aspects
• Managing and updating the programme of works
• Maintaining close liaison with the trusted subcontractor
• Keeping accurate daily records
