1. Lead and mentor a team of Engineers in an agile environment
2. Architect and build robust, scalable features in a growing Flutter codebase
3. Drive the integration of new AI-powered features into the platform
4. Own technical decisions and collaborate closely with Product and Design teams
5. Optimise booking, scheduling, and payment workflows for performance and UX
6. Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and reviews
7. Contribute hands-on to critical development efforts - this is a lead-from-the-front role

What you’ll bring

• Strong commercial experience with mobile development
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team
• Strong understanding of Flutter app architecture, state management, and scalable design
• Comfortable building apps with complex user flows
• Comfortable with CI/CD, performance monitoring, and deployment best practices
