Vacancy: Site Manager at Binnies (RSK Group)

Binnies, an RSK Group company, is seeking a Site Manager to join our @one Alliance team.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead supervisors, delivery teams, and subcontractors to optimize resource utilization, meet budgets, and adhere to delivery programs with the highest quality and safety standards.
  2. Identify and escalate operational issues to Project Delivery Managers, encouraging proactive and innovative problem-solving on-site.
  3. Promote health and safety leadership on site to sustain our industry-leading low incident rate.
  4. Drive cultural change within Delivery/Design Teams to minimize waste, including recycling and reducing standing time.
  5. Manage site-based teams and supply chain to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  6. Coach team members to improve performance and reduce conflicts.
  7. Support and implement initiatives with minimal disruption, understanding design and project requirements.
  8. Maintain key site documentation to meet legislation and @one standards.
  9. Specify procurement needs for plant, materials, and subcontractors using appropriate financial systems.
  10. Collaborate with project teams and planners via online portals to monitor site performance.
  11. Participate in collaborative planning and project rehearsals to optimize buildability.
  12. Promote quality workmanship, record defects proactively, and ensure timely rectification.
Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should hold a Site Safety Management certificate (or completed a 5-day course), a managerial CSCS card, and have extensive Water (preferably Water Recycling), Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction industry experience. Additional certifications include SEATS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshall training. Leadership experience with diverse teams, commercial acumen, basic project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
