TRIbuild Solutions Limited is seeking a Site Agent on a freelance basis for a major cross-country water pipeline project in the Bexleyheath area, Greater London. The role focuses on coordinating pipeline installation with civils works, managing subcontractors, and maintaining programme, quality, and safety standards on a long-term infrastructure scheme.

The position offers a stable freelance engagement (12+ months) with a day rate of £450-£500 (CIS).

Qualifications

• Proven Site Agent experience on cross-country pipeline projects.
• Civil engineering foundation preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of programme, quality and health & safety management on linear schemes.
• CSCS card and pipeline/civils site certifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

TRIbuild Solutions is recruiting an experienced Site Agent for a large-scale cross-country water pipeline project, covering both pipeline installation and associated civils elements.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity, expected to run for 12 months or more, offering stability and continuity on a major infrastructure scheme.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Site Agent experience on cross-country or cross-country-style pipeline projects (essential)
• Strong background in civils, with a civil engineering foundation preferred
• Confident managing multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors across pipeline and civils packages
• Sound working knowledge of programme, quality, and health & safety management on linear infrastructure schemes
• CSCS card and relevant pipeline/civils site certifications
• Full UK driving licence
