Job summary

RTL Group Ltd – North London is seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage day-to-day site activities on a major civils infrastructure project. Lead subcontractors, coordinate site teams and ensure work is delivered on time, to quality standards and within safety requirements.

You will drive planning, sequencing and on-site supervision, with a focus on RAMS compliance, site safety and environmental standards. A strong track record in large-scale civils and infrastructure projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Agent / Senior Site Supervisor in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, temporary works and site management.
• Experience on large-scale civils, utilities, highways, rail or infrastructure projects.
• SMSTS and a suitable site safety qualification expected; CSCS or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Agent to join the delivery team on a major civils infrastructure project in North London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects, looking to take responsibility for the successful delivery of site activities.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of works on site, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:
