Job summary

TM Green Group in Cambridge is seeking a Site Agent to lead the day-to-day management of a major civil engineering scheme, including highways, drainage, and a bridge structure.

You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle. This is a permanent role with a respected contractor and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent or Senior Engineer on civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of highways, drainage, and bridge structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership in coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and supervision of the construction site.
