Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Site Agent for highways/structures projects in Weston-super-Mare. The role focuses on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, driving works delivery and ensuring compliance with NEC contracts in a live environment.

6+ month contract with potential extension to 12 months. Competitive daily rate up to £600 (Umbrella/Inside IR35).

Qualifications

• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering.

Up to £600 a day Umbrella/Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Site Agent within the Highways sector, seeking a long-term opportunity?

Ganymede are currently supporting our Tier 1 Contractor, in their search for a Site Agent for a Highways and Structures projects.

You will be a proactive and driven civil engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and earthworks delivery, ideally within the Highways sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing construction activities, driving programme performance, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Experience working under NEC contracts and managing complex construction activities within live environments would be highly beneficial.

Requirements
