Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in Weston Super Mare is seeking an experienced Site Agent for Highways and Structures projects on a 6-month contract with potential extension to 12 months.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive construction activity, manage programme delivery and ensure works meet contractual, technical and regulatory requirements.

Experience with NEC contracts and live-site delivery is advantageous, with SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced Site Agent with civil engineering/earthworks delivery background.
• Experience with highways/structures projects and NEC contracts is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Up to £600 a day Umbrella/Inside IR35

Are you an experienced Site Agent within the Highways sector, seeking a long-term opportunity?

Ganymede are currently supporting our Tier 1 Contractor, in their search for a Site Agent for a Highways and Structures projects.

You will be a proactive and driven civil engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and earthworks delivery, ideally within the Highways sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing construction activities, driving programme performance, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Experience working under NEC contracts and managing complex construction activities within live environments would be highly beneficial.

Requirements

• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
