360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a £10 million Cheshire scheme. The role focuses on safe, efficient delivery, meeting programme, budget and quality targets.

You will lead site operations, coordinate teams and suppliers, and manage costs while ensuring HSE and quality standards. A background in earthworks, drainage or highways is preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience working as Site Agent in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in earthworks, drainage, highways or general civils schemes.
• Experience managing projects valued up to £10 million+.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site management processes.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• HND, HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Are you an experienced Site Agent looking to join a well-established principal contractor delivering complex civil engineering projects across the UK?

Our client is a leading specialist contractor with over 15 years of success operating nationwide across enabling works, earthworks, demolition and remediation. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint a Site Agent to take a leading role on a £10 million scheme in Cheshire.

The project comprises significant earthworks, drainage and highways works.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed to programme, budget and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations and project delivery
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
• Producing and monitoring programmes of work
