Job summary

Randstad CPE currently recruiting for a Site Agent to oversee Self Delivery civils works in West London on a Prestigious High Speed rail project.

The successful candidate will have a strong civils background with experience working in a Self delivery Sub contractor environment. The role offers CIS or LTD outside IR35 and requires eligible UK work status.

Key duties include resource management, cost control, programme delivery, safety compliance and quality assurance on site.

Qualifications

• Strong civils background with self-delivery site experience.
• Experience coordinating in-house labour, plant and materials.
• Familiar with RAMS, inductions and industry regulations.
• Ability to monitor and drive 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Quality sign-off processes (ITPs) familiarity.

The successful candidate will have a strong civils background with experience working in a Self delivery Sub contractor environment.

Rate: £500- £550 CIS / LTD - Outside IR35

Duties Include:

• Direct Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate in-house labour, plant, and materials to maximise daily site productivity.
• Commercial & Cost Control: Track daily operational costs, plant hire, and material usage, and record scope variations
• Programme Delivery: Drive short-term operational schedules (e.g., 3-week look-aheads) and monitor daily output in line with the main contractor's master programme.
• Strict Safety & Compliance: Enforce site-specific health and safety protocols (RAMS, daily briefings, inductions) and ensure all direct operatives comply with industry regulations.
• Quality & Technical Assurance: Ensure work matches engineering drawings and specifications, and manage the quality sign-off processes (ITPs)

This role is paid CIS or LTD Outside IR35
