Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Sub Agent / Senior Engineer for a Civils/rail project in Central London. You will lead site engineers and self-delivery teams, planning and delivering works to the programme while ensuring QA and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on civils or rail delivery experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Sub Agent

Location: Central London

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent / Senior Engineer with General civils works - RC works, excavations and backfilling experience.

You will be joining a Contractor, working on a prestigious Project in Central London

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Site engineers, engineering activities and self-delivery teams
• Planning, forecasting, and delivering works to programme
• Developing and maintaining programmes, risk assessments, and quality assurance documentation
• Overseeing design coordination, NCRs, RFIs, and health & safety compliance

Essential Experience

• Significant hands-on experience delivering Civils or rail projects
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage works independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This role is paying £430 a day CIS
