The company are looking for a site agent to work on civil engineering infrastructure projects in and around Reading and London. The successful candidate will be expected to operate and promote a high standard of health and safety by ensuring Method Statements and Risk Assessments are in place for all aspects of the works. You’ll have to check engineering drawings/specifications, identifying and resolving design conflicts.

You’ll be in charge of undertaking management of Sub Agents, Section Engineers and Site Engineers whilst you work closely and report directly to the project manager.

The projects that you’ll be involved in will range from infrastructure, Bridge infrastructure, highways projects,concrete structures, land drainage, internal drainage, flood banks, deep drainage and major earthwork projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally the successful candidate would need highways and bridges experience.

Civil Engineering Qualification – Degree level or equivalent

Background working on highways and heavy civil engineering infrastructure projects.
