• Knowledge of CDM regulations and contract management.
• CSCS card, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely certification.

Location: London | Full-time | Permanent

Red Sky Personnel are seeking experienced Site Agents and Sub Agents to manage the on-site delivery of infrastructure projects within the civil and water sectors. This role is key to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and lead project delivery across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project plans, RAMS, programmes, and procurement schedules.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and contribute to commercial performance.
• Produce regular progress reports and chair site meetings.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering, ideally within water or regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, contract management (e.g., NEC/JCT), and cost control.
• HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• CSCS card, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Temporary Works Coordinator and Confined Space training.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, or working towards it.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6.
