FM Conway is currently searching for a professional Site Agent to join our Major Projects division. This full-time, permanent role will be based at our head office in Sevenoaks, which boasts a beautiful, green environment and on-site facilities including a restaurant, free gym, and free parking.

As our Site Agent, you will regularly attend site visits across Kent, London, and Sussex. You will play a key role within our Major Projects division by ensuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with clients and on-site teams.

Responsibilities of our Site Agent

1. Ordering plant and materials to support the smooth running of the works programme
2. Monitoring and maintaining records of plant, labour, and materials, along with works additional to the programme
3. Monitoring works to enable accurate submission of monthly invoices and final account settlement
4. Ensuring all works (including snagging) are completed to a timely and satisfactory standard

What we’re looking for in our Site Agent

We are seeking a professional manager with previous experience in civil engineering works. The successful candidate must have the ability to plan, coordinate, and allocate resources, prepare risk assessments and method statements, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Highway experience is essential, as well as an ONC, HNC, or degree in civil engineering.
