Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Site Agent (Civil Highways) for a permanent role in Greater Manchester. You will lead daily operations on a major highways scheme, managing site teams and high-value civils packages while liaising with the client to ensure delivery to NEC4 standards and budget.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS Black Manager, First Aid, and a Civil Engineering qualification (HND or degree). A car allowance and strong benefits are included.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certified site manager.
• CSCS Black Manager card required.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and form of contract.
• Membership of an engineering institution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on a flagship highways project in Greater Manchester.

Site Agent (Civil Highways)

Permanent Position

Location - Bury (Greater Manchester)

Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance (£6k)

We at Randstad are seeking a Site Agent to lead daily operations on a flagship National Highways junction improvement project in Greater Manchester. Working for a Tier-1 Main Contractor, you'll be running and managing the site ground teams including section engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, managing high-value civils packages (structures, earthworks, drainage, and slip-road realignments), liaising with the client, and driving delivery under NEC4 and to budget.
