Job summary

Randstad CPE are seeking a Site Agent to lead a major highways scheme in Greater Manchester. You will manage the site team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safe, compliant delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires solid civils experience, NEC4 knowledge, and formal Civil Engineering qualifications. A competitive package includes a generous car allowance and pension, with extensive leave and benefits.

• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Black Manager card.
• First Aid at Work.
• HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Site Agent (Civil Highways)

Permanent Position

Location - Bury (Greater Manchester)

Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance (£6k)

We at Randstad are seeking a Site Agent to lead daily operations on a flagship National Highways junction improvement project in Greater Manchester. Working for a Tier-1 Main Contractor, you'll be running and managing the site ground teams including section engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, managing high-value civils packages (structures, earthworks, drainage, and slip-road realignments), liaising with the client, and driving delivery under NEC4 and to budget.
