Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Site Agent (Civil Highways) for a permanent role in Greater Manchester. You will lead daily operations on a major highways scheme, managing site teams and high-value civils packages while liaising with the client to ensure delivery to NEC4 standards and budget.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS Black Manager, First Aid, and a Civil Engineering qualification (HND or degree). A car allowance and strong benefits are included.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certified site manager.
• CSCS Black Manager card required.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and form of contract.
• Membership of an engineering institution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on a flagship highways project in Greater Manchester.
• Manage site ground teams: section engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee civils packages (structures, earthworks, drainage, slip-road realignments).
• Liaise with client and maintain delivery to NEC4 and budget.
