Job summary

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Civils Site Agent to work on a freelance basis for a regional civil engineering contractor.

This role can offer a start with a 1 week notice period and a minimum of 9 months work. The position involves managing daily site operations, safety and programme delivery, supervising site staff and subcontractors, and ensuring high quality construction outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and correctly.
• Monitor project progress and meet programme targets.
• Work close with the Senior Site Engineer on deliverable and any obstructions
• Supervise site staff, labour and subcontractors.
• Check the quality of construction work.
• Manage labour, plant, materials and deliveries.
• Resolve site, technical and construction issues.
• Monitor costs, variations and resource use.
• Communicate with the client, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain site records and support project completion and handover.
