Job summary

TLG Infrastructure are recruiting a Senior Site Engineer for major construction and infrastructure projects. The role is a blend of on-site and office work, with long-term contract prospects (12+ months) and CIS or Outside IR35 terms.

You will oversee RC and civil works, set out, inspect reinforcement and formwork, ensure drawings and specs are followed, and coordinate teams, materials and plant. Health and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with specialist civil engineering contractor.
• Experience in RC and concrete works.
• Ability to set out works and check levels.
• Supervise junior engineers on site.

Responsibilities

• Mixed on-site and office QA management.

TLG Infrastructure are recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer with experience working with a specialist civil engineering contractor specialising in major construction and infrastructure projects.

They are now hiring a Senior Site Engineer to join their team and able to pay CIS or Outside IR35 on a long term contract (12+ months)

Senior Site Engineer responsibilities are:

• Mixed of on site and in the office preparing and managing engineering QA
• Overlook operations within your section involving RC and civil works.
• Set out works and check levels and dimensions.
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork and concrete works.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and approved methods.
• Coordinate operatives, labour, materials and plant.
• Monitor quality and resolve technical issues on site.
• Coordinate concrete pours, inspections and testing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Monitor progress and report site activities and issues.
• Lead and support junior engineers and site teams.
