Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Site Agent for a leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across North Devon.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, lead site teams and subcontractors, plan works programmes and ensure delivery is safe, on time and within budget. Strong NEC contract knowledge and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, highways, drainage or environmental projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

The Role
