Job summary

Bimplus, a specialist civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Site Agent to help deliver a long-term tunnelling project in Cambridge with an immediate start. This role requires a strong underground civils and tunnelling background and a proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.

You will be responsible for coordinating labour, plant and materials, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification, while maintaining quality and site records and reporting

Qualifications

• Extensive tunnelling and underground civils experience.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong health and safety compliance knowledge.
• Experience producing RAMS, permits and managing temporary works.
• CSCS (Black or Gold) and SMSTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Managing tunnelling and underground works on site.
• Liaising with client and stakeholders.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining RAMS.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials to support programme.
• Monitoring quality and maintaining site records.
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent with a strong underground civils and tunnelling background.
