Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Agent to lead a Water Treatment Works project in Portsmouth. The role focuses on tunnelling and shaft construction, with delivery under strict safety and quality standards.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate RAMS and permits, and report progress to the Project Manager while keeping the programme on track. Strong civil engineering background with underground works experience is essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black/Gold card is required.
• SMSTS certification.
• Previous tunnelling and shaft construction experience is essential.
• Experience on water infrastructure projects (WTW) is essential.
• Strong civil engineering background with underground works experience.
• IT literacy and full UK driving licence required.
