Job summary

Pertemps TM is seeking a Site Engineer for civil engineering projects across Somerset. You will support highway and infrastructure delivery, manage day-to-day engineering activities, and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.

The role requires strong setting-out and engineering control, AutoCAD experience, CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence. Immediate start with a 3-month initial contract and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil engineering.
• Experience delivering highways and infrastructure projects.
• Strong setting out and engineering control experience.
• Knowledge of earthworks, drainage and structures.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• CSCS Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Site Engineer Civil Engineering | Somerset | PAYE Contract £350 per day Umbrella PAYE | Immediate Start | 3-Month Initial Contract

Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity?

We're working with a leading civil engineering contractor to recruit a Site Engineer to support the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects across Somerset.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy project team delivering a varied programme of civil engineering works, including earthworks, drainage, structures and highways.

Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you'll provide engineering support throughout the construction phase whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, health & safety and environmental compliance.

The Role
