Bimplus is seeking a Site Agent for a contract role in Worksop to oversee civil engineering works on site. The role covers day-to-day operations, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with programme, quality, and safety requirements.

The successful candidate will manage site documentation, liaise with project teams and stakeholders, and drive site performance with initiative. Initial three-month scope with potential for future projects in the pipeline.

Our client is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team on a contract basis. This role is crucial for managing operations involving water blue-collar tasks and requires overseeing civil engineering works in the Worksop area. With an initial three-month contract, this position offers the potential for continued work on future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations safely and efficiently
• Coordinate site activities and subcontractors
• Ensure work is delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
• Complete and maintain all site documentation and records
• Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders as required
• Drive site performance and resolve issues using initiative

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing civil engineering projects
• Strong civils background, particularly in water-related projects
• SMSTS certification
• Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) certification
• CSCS Card
• IT literate with experience completing site documentation and reporting
• Ability to manage a site independently
• Experience in shaft sinking and/or tunnelling
• Confined Space certification
